Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of DomainsBoard made through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The Service is operated by Multiverso LTD.,Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
1. 30-day satisfaction window
If you are not satisfied with a paid DomainsBoard subscription or eligible one-time purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original charge date.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@domainsboard.app with:
- The email address used for your DomainsBoard account and/or Paddle checkout
- Approximate purchase date
- Order or transaction reference if available
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)
Because Paddle is Merchant of Record, approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle and your payment provider (often several business days).
3. What is covered
- First-time subscription charges within 30 days
- Eligible one-time purchases (e.g. lifetime access, if offered to you) within 30 days of payment
4. What may not be refunded
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
- Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window for that subscription period, except where required by law or approved as a goodwill exception
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations
- Free plan usage (no charge to refund)
5. Cancellations vs refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. If you want both cancellation and a refund within the 30-day window, say so clearly in your request.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdictions.
